  1. Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees and Line a Baking Sheet With Parchment Paper.
  2. Slice the Brussels Sprouts in Half, Toss With Drizzles of Extra- Virgin Olive Oil and Pinches of Sea Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper.
  3. Spread on Baking Sheet and Roast 20 to 30 Minutes or Until Tender and Golden Brown Around the Edges. The Exact Timing Will Depend on the Size of Your Brussels Sprouts.
  4. Toss the Roasted Brussels Sprouts With the Lemon Juice, Zest, Parmesan Cheese, and Thyme Leaves. Garnish With Parsley, if Desired, and Red Pepper Flakes, if Desired.

Note

  • You Can Eat Them Directly off the Pan, and Omit the Lemon Juice, Zest, Etc., if Desired
