Grab Your Favorite Large Wooden Cutting Board and a Large Sharp Knife.
Boil Eggs to Desired Doneness, 8-9 Minutes Minimum, Put Them in an Ice Bath, and Then Peel.
Place Eggs on Cutting Board Along With Avocado.
Next, Add 1/4 Cup Dill Pickle Slices, Dill, Red Onion or Shallot, Sliced, and Slices of Red Peppers or Cherry Peppers.
Finally, Add 1-2 Tablespoons of Mustard, 1 Heaping Tablespoon Mayo, 2 Heaping Tablespoons Cottage Cheese, and a Pinch of Salt and Pepper.
Chop Everything Together on the Cutting Board With Your Knife. If You Like It on the Chunkier Side, Chop Less. If You Like It on the Cremier Side, Keep Chopping. Taste and Adjust as Necessary.
