INGREDIENTS

Instructions

  1. Thinly Slice the Cucumbers and Add to a Large Mason Jar or a Bowl.
  2. Add Cubed Avocado to the Jar/Bowl.
  3. Thinly Slice the Scallion and Add to the Jar/Bowl.
  4. Super Finely Chop the Fresh Dill and Fresh Mint. Add to Jar/Bowl.
  5. Slightly Chop the Walnuts and Add to the Jar/Bowl, Along With the Feta Cheese and Sumac.
  6. Dress With the Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, and a Couple Pinches of Salt and Pepper.
  7. Give a Good Shake (Or Toss in the Bowl) and Enjoy!
