Refreshing Green Cucumber Salad
INGREDIENTS
Instructions

Thinly Slice the Cucumbers and Add to a Large Mason Jar or a Bowl.

Add Cubed Avocado to the Jar/Bowl.

Thinly Slice the Scallion and Add to the Jar/Bowl.

Super Finely Chop the Fresh Dill and Fresh Mint. Add to Jar/Bowl.

Slightly Chop the Walnuts and Add to the Jar/Bowl, Along With the Feta Cheese and Sumac.

Dress With the Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, and a Couple Pinches of Salt and Pepper.

Give a Good Shake (Or Toss in the Bowl) and Enjoy!

- Subsititute With Other Nuts if Desired.
- Experiment With Other Herbs You Like.
